Letter to Parents

Dear Parents,
Please see the following important dates for Christmas.

Tuesday 16th December - Christmas dinner
Christmas dinner in the Centre. This is only for the children who usually stay for dinner and attend on a Tuesday

Thursday 18th December - Childrens Christmas Party am
All children may attend the Christmas Party. If you do not usually attend on Thursday mornings your child may attend between 10 and 12pm

Afterschool Children will have their party in the afternoon

Friday 19th December - Family Christmas Gathering
The Centre will close at 4.00pm on this day

Children and their families may come back at 6pm for the Gathering. Santa will be attending and there will be treats and face painting. This evening is very busy, we will give out tickets for Santa but their will be some waiting time.
If you could confirm how many children will be attending by 12th so we can ensure Santa is well prepared :)

The Centre will close for Christmas on 22nd December , re-opening 5th January 2026

ECCE children will finish on the 19th preschool will return on the 5th January 2026
